Information and sources
We receive information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, request help, return goods, or submit a review. This may include your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, order history, correspondence, and information needed to process a return. A telephone number supplied for delivery is used for that purpose and associated order support.
Payment providers process payment credentials. We receive payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited payment details needed for accounting, fraud checks, and refunds; please do not email full payment card numbers. Our website and its providers may collect IP address, browser and device details, session information, security logs, cookie identifiers, and interactions with store pages. The exact optional data depends on services actually enabled and your choices.
We may receive fulfillment updates from delivery providers, payment confirmations from processors, and technical information from Shopify. We do not ask you to provide a Social Security number or identity document for an ordinary retail purchase. Do not email passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Purposes
We use appropriate information to accept payment, fulfill orders, send service messages, provide support, process returns and refunds, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, secure the store, maintain records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Optional analysis or advertising, if used, must follow applicable notices and privacy choices. Marketing consent is separate from permission to send necessary order communications.
Disclosures
We disclose appropriate information to Shopify, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment providers, technical support providers, and professional advisers as necessary for their work. A provider's role determines whether it acts on our instructions or independently. We may disclose information to meet a legal obligation, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. We do not publish customer contact details as reviews.

Advertising and privacy choices
We do not sell customer lists for money. Certain advertising technologies can nevertheless constitute a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under state law if enabled. You may request an opt out by emailing support@evergridnest.com with the subject Privacy Choices. Applicable website privacy controls provide additional choices for technologies in use. We honor legally required opt out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for covered processing. Opting out of advertising does not prevent an ordinary purchase.
Where law requires prior consent, optional tracking remains off until valid consent is provided. You can withdraw a choice for future processing without affecting prior lawful processing. An email request does not replace a browser signal or website control that the law requires us to support.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal requirements. Factors include completion of orders and returns, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, legal limitation periods, and account status. We delete or deidentify information when no longer required. Limited suppression data may be retained to respect a marketing opt out.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information. No internet service is completely risk free. Limit the sensitive information sent by email. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries; applicable contractual and legal protections must accompany covered transfers.
State privacy rights
Depending on your residence, the law's applicability, and any valid exceptions, you may have rights to access or know information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, delete information, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and limit certain uses of sensitive information. Applicable rights can also cover specified profiling activities. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising protected rights.
Email support@evergridnest.com with the right you want to exercise. We may request proportionate verification and cannot disclose another person's information. Authorized agents may submit requests with evidence of authority where applicable. We do not require an ordinary privacy requester to open an account or routinely email a full identity document.
We respond within the applicable statutory period and explain any permitted extension or refusal. If a request is denied, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject Privacy Appeal. We review the decision and explain further complaint options where required. These procedures do not claim that every state law applies to this business or limit rights a law grants you.
Children marketing and changes
The store is intended for general retail customers, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's information for marketing. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and take appropriate action. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option; service messages may continue for existing orders.
We update this policy when our practices change and give additional notice when legally required. The date above identifies the current version. Customer service hours do not extend statutory privacy deadlines.
