What to include

Tell us your order number, the checkout email, and what help you need. For product questions, include the product name. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, describe the issue; photos are helpful when available. Do not email passwords or full financial or identity documents.

Returns and exchanges

Contact us within 14 business days after delivery. We provide a prepaid label or another method at our expense.
