Seller and scope

Your seller is EVERGRID HOME TECH LLC, trading as Evergrid Nest, at 605 S Dixie Hwy, Cave City, KY 42127, United States. Email support@evergridnest.com. These terms apply to consumer purchases for delivery in the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

Products prices and payment

Product pages identify materials, dimensions, quantities, included parts, and relevant compatibility information. Do not assume photographed phones, computers, or decorations are included unless expressly listed. Claims about load capacity, compatibility, durability, and performance must be supported for the particular product.

Prices and payments are in United States dollars. Standard delivery is free for every item, without a minimum order. Applicable sales tax, discounts, and the final amount are displayed before you commit to payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout; logos do not mean every method is available for every transaction. We do not add undisclosed handling, shipping, or import charges after purchase.

Forming the order

Review your products, quantities, address, and total before placing an order with an obligation to pay. We send electronic confirmation. We accept the order when we expressly confirm acceptance or send a shipping confirmation, whichever comes first. A receipt acknowledgement or payment authorization alone is not acceptance unless it expressly says so. We provide purchase information in a form you can retain.

If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects the order, we contact you promptly with an appropriate proposal. We do not unilaterally increase an accepted price or supply a materially different item. If an order cannot proceed, we promptly refund payments for the unfulfilled items.

Delivery cancellation and returns

Expected total delivery is 3 to 5 business days after confirmation, including processing and transit. Our Shipping Policy explains service areas, counting, tracking, and delays. If shipment must be delayed, you may agree to the delay or cancel unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund as provided by applicable law.

Request a return or exchange within 14 business days after delivery. We pay all necessary return and exchange costs. Refunds are issued within 3 business days after return receipt, with normal inspection included. The Return and Refund Policy gives the full process, condition requirements, and remedies for incorrect or defective goods. Any earlier mandatory refund duty takes priority.

Product problems and legal rights

Products must meet the agreement and applicable law. Tell us about defects or inaccurate descriptions so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. We do not exclude nonwaivable implied warranties or statutory remedies through a blanket as is clause. A voluntary return deadline does not automatically end legal rights for a defect discovered later.

Complaints and applicable law

Please contact us first to seek a direct resolution. We do not claim membership in a mediation service or dispute resolution scheme. Kentucky law applies only to the extent permitted, and mandatory protections that apply to the customer remain in force. There is no compulsory private arbitration or waiver of legal remedies in these terms. Updated sales terms apply to future orders and do not retroactively reduce an existing agreement.
